Boarding is only offered to our long-term RV residents

There is a 2 horse limit per resident. At this time we do not offer multiple horse discounts.

Yes, you are welcome to purchase your own hay and keep it in the hay barn. Limit 40 bales per boarder per month.

Yes, you are free to purchase and store shavings yourself. Limit 10 bags of shavings per boarder.

Great! The next step is to call the office and set up an appointment to sign a lease. You must bring 2 forms of identification to be photocopied.
Please note that horse boarding is only available to long-term RV residents.

No, but you are welcome to have your trainer visit and provide a lesson with you and your horse on -site. All outside persons visiting the ranch must give advance notice to the office.

Currently we have a farrier, Sawyer Spradling, on a 5 week rotation. Boarders are welcome to join the rotation or use their own farrier. To keep our community safe, outside visitors must provide notice to the office for the first visit.

At this time we do not have a round pen, but it's on our short list of improvements.

Currently we have an outdoor arena that is grass.

We have a shared tackroom in the main barn, monitored by camera. If you wish for more security and privacy, we offer horse trailer storage and encourage boarders to keep items here.

Yes, we offer trailer storage for an additional $50/month.

Horses are welcome to ride in the outdoor arena, around property roads, and on the nature trails. Please be respectful of the facility: riding in a manner that will tear up facility grass will result in a $50 fine per offense. Refer to the facility map for more details.

At this time, we do NOT offer pasture board. Pastures may be used for hourly turnout only.
